Grievance Redressal Process

Clients may raise complaints or questions due to service failures or misunderstandings. Issues can include insufficient knowledge, unclear explanations, or inadequate facilities, which affect service quality.

  3. If clients remain dissatisfied after this process, they can escalate the issue by contacting any SEBI office or filing a grievance at https://scores.sebi.gov.in.   4. If the investor/client is still unhappy with the resolution after trying all of the aforementioned grievance resolution procedures, they can start a dispute through the ODR Portal.
